For all you Android fans out there, I wanted to let you know about the upcoming AndroidTO developer conference which will be taking place on October 26th. The venue has yet to be determined, however tickets have started to be sold online as of August 1st. This is an absolutely FREE conference. You don’t need to pay anything ($0) to purchase your tickets. Make sure to get your tickets ASAP and mark your calendars. This is a first of its kind conference in Toronto (and possibly Canada) focusing on all things related to Android development.
Whether you are a developer, a fan of all things Android, or just want to know what Android is all about come out and enjoy some awesome sessions that are lined up (and will be lined up). AndroidTO is about working with an ‘open mind with an open platform‘. If you have not done any mobile development and are interested in knowing how you can use the Android platform to develop mobile applications, this is definitely a conference you DO NOT want to miss. Getting the knowledge of the platform, meeting with similar individuals like yourselves and getting connected to other mobile (Android, iPhone or Blackberry) developers out there is something you can look forward to at the conference.
Moreover the conference has an excellent list of speakers lined up who will showcase some of the application development work that they have either been doing and successful at, or introduce new ideas and concepts that you can take with you and explore. It wouldn’t be fun if we were to tell you everything now would it. So free up your calendar on October 26th and make sure to get your ticket ASAP before it is too late.
